1. The VA makes a list of their costs to provide services to Veterans.
2. Give a medical card to every veteran that they can use at any hospital or doctors office and the Federal Government will reimburse the hospital or doctor based off of the VA price list.
(Any hospital or doctor who refuses service to any veteran with one of these cards will be put on a public list of people or institutions who do not support our troops)
3. All costs for this program will be paid from the top of our current military budget. Not a single Tank, Plane or Bomb is made or paid for if the cost of medical services for our veterans isn’t taken care of first.
