Though you would have to be stupid to drink Mouthwash, we as a people should mandate the distribution and consumption of Mouthwash to those under the age of 21.
If you are under the age of 21, you can still use mouthwash, but under the direct supervision of parent or guardian. Letting the youth of today use mouthwash without supervision is irresponsible.
