Be able to action against people who cut very stinky farts in public for the greater good of the people who must suffer.

I hate when i must smell someone's butt when i want to take a train or a bus and I'm stuck there gagging and trying to get some air when the guy/girl just sits there and laughs. I want the administration to keep in mind these atrocities are happening and that the people should have the right to beat up anyone who farts in an inclosed space such as elevator, bus train etc.
