be able to make a change about the rule and regulations for ex felons to be able to get a job

i think there needs to be a change in the rules and ragulations in ex felones that havent been in trouble in 7 to 10 years the job market should have to overlook it becuase the problem with the job market is that everyone is hiring but if you have anything on your record you cant find a job becuase noone hire you and where dose that leave you if you cant find a job you arnt able to saport your family and you end up homeless well i think that needs to change people with 7 to 10 year old felonys should have the same chance as someone with a clean record
