A few years ago my wife and I purchased a health insurance policy through the market place, was canceled and terminated several times, twice for not being us .citizens, I served in the military in the 1980s and was born in the state of Michigan, And now again face ridiculous federal tax penalties, to no fault of our own, and was misled by health insurance providers ( brokers) concerning a fair tax exempt ion. So I'm pleading with the Federal Government/ IRS. Not to pursue these ludicrous penalties! Thank you for your time. Mark Kelly
