the indiiual states and counties do adopt the ordiance and law of controll and monitoring of spending our government food stamps and child support. the food stamp program is design to help people afford the basic nessaties of food from month to month and will no longer include soft drinks, potatoe chips snack foods, prime cut beef or lobster and crab this includes any type of candy or chocolate bars. the indivual states and counties also do adopt the controll and monitoring of child support payments to only be used to maintain the childs household to incluce utilities, not cable or internet, any and all health care, clothing and schoolling.
