It is my believe that there should be no law that the average high-school graduate cannot understand and that the average US Citizen does not have time to read.

With that I propose these limits/changes placed on any law/bill/proposal

-Prop shall mean proposal.
-No prop shall be longer than 21 p. or 4,400 words which ever is shorter.
-pages shall be 8 1/2 inches by 11 inches.
-No prop shall include language that a high-school graduate cannot understand.
-All prop(s) shall be written in 12pt font or larger
-All fonts shall be easily legible, similar to New Roman times or Arial.
-Any prop voted down by the senate or deemed controversial shall be voted upon by the people of the USA
-No proposal shall depend on another for passage or vote.
-Filibusters shall hence forth be illeg
