Be realistic about this gun control situation and allow those capable and responsible to carry a firearm.

There are no reforms that we could make that could reduce the loss of horrific attacks except having guards qualified, and responsible that can protect children from attacks such as this who are allowed to carry firearms. There are many people including myself who served this country in the United States Armed Forces who understand and respect the use of firearms. There are not enough police to handle this job by themselves and we need to make those capable, and qualified to carry a weapon for no other reason than defending human life and protecting oneself. How many more innocent adults and children need to be injured or murdered before we realize that deterring crime is the best course of action.
