BE RESPONSIBLE! RANDOM DRUG THREW OUT ALL OF OUR GOVERNMENT FROM THE PRESIDENT ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE JANITOR!

I would like to start making our government somewhat responsible of there insane spending. Some of the things they spend tax payers money on is sheer insanity. And with more and more politicians getting exposed on television using drugs I want our government representatives to be held accountable for irresponsible spending by making them do random drug test and to drug test them before they buy a 400k oil painting of themselves. After all in the State of Michigan they made welfare recipients do random drug test I believe its only fair that our government the ones who have control of 33.3% of my money, the ones who make up the rules, laws, legislations, etc. Who are telling me how to live, I want to know that they are not on drugs!! They make athletes, the poor. No dope in U.S Government!
