The current crest of the US Men's National Team is unprofessional when compared to the crests of other national teams. It does not resemble the professionalism and pride that the men on the field play with.
This petition proposes that the crest be changed to the centennial crest permanently. The centennial crest has 13 stars on a blue field with 7 red stripes and 6 white streaming out below. It evokes the very feeling of unity and pride instilled in the conscious of all Americans making it a vast improvement over the current design.
We understand that FIFA does not allow governments to interfere with association football regulatory bodies. We instead wish for a press release as a focal point for American displeasure
