Mr. President Obama, we voted in a majority last November to be the 51 state of the USA.We want all the rights that any other American citizen has. We considered that was the first step, now is your turn to validate this decision and give us the statehood for PR. Being the 51 state of the most powerful Nation of the World is our goal and we have had worked hard as soldiers and still do to defend our Nation and the democracy of it.
