Be decisive and assertive when prosecuting politicians.

Created by T.N. on March 08, 2016

We have lost confidence in our elected officials. They often appear to be beyond the reach of the justice system, and protected by the political system.

We ask President Obama to immediately, by executive order, pledge that with regard to any politician who sought office during his presidency and is now accused of a crime, he will:

1. Direct the DOJ to quickly verify the credibility of the accusations, convene a grand jury, seek the most serious charges, and vigorously prosecute all resulting indictments.
2. Direct that, for each specific criminal charge, plea bargaining shall reduce by no more than half; the maximum sentence, the maximum fine, or the number of counts.
3. Never pardon or otherwise negate any penalty imposed as a result of the above actions.
