To be direct: Chinese business want to buy U.S. Businesses let the in fact give them access to really good "deals" almost to good to be true.. Have the military/CIA create shell businesses, that have profit, access to facilities, CONTROLLED income, every appearance of being a real business.. Giving them ownership to a fake business..
