The greatest challenge to freedom is ignorance. Most major networks enforce veracity of content. Credit to them. However, a few percentage points can change the out come of an election, which could change the quality of our freedoms. We the people NEED the truth to participate in civilized society. Lies on television, radio and even periodicals cripple a persons ability to make fair and informed judgments. People like Limbough, O Riley and the like have systematically dumbed down a good percentage (enough to decide an election) of citizens.
Citizens United said money is speech. But we the people can restore the pride and dignity of our great republic and dull the effects of Citizens United by the implementation and enforcement of truth in broadcast laws
