By borrowing 25 trillion dollars and building one million 6-megawatt turbines (at a current estimated price of 40 million dollars each) over the next ten years becoming an energy producer the US Government may pay off its debts, and accrue a profit of 25 trillion dollars over twenty years (after loan, interest, and turbine maintenance).
