The United States of America continuously allows American citizens to live off of welfare and medicaid without any rules or guidelines, as well as, algrants illegal immigrants access to the programs mentioned above. I believe America should become more strict when it comes to Governement Assistance Programs (i.e. either monthly or bi-weekly drug tests, documentation that the beneficiary is continually seeking employment, and that the beneficiary must be a natural born citizen or at least paid into the medicare system for a minimum of 10 years). When it comes to disability assistance, I believe that the disabled personnell should have to be a natural born citizen or citizen of the United States of America for a minimum of 5 years to access the disability program.
