Begin budget cuts to Congress salaries and benefits before, cutting our Military forces and their families.

The economy has been in shambles and cuts are beginning everywhere. We are at the worst time to begin drawing back our armed forces and their families. When the defense of our country is cut back so far that we begin drafting and militias, we should have the professionals who want to be there fighting to keep us safe. By continuously cutting back the DoD budget we are hurting ourselves. The budget cuts have gone on long enough, it's time we ask our congressmen and women to do for us what we have done for them. Stop all budget cuts to our Military and begin to take a pay cut. If you truly believe that this country is worth fighting for then fight for it. Freely give from your large pockets to those of us who are fighting for all of the freedoms that you are so plainly taking for granite.
