Begin conducting research into minimizing the size of powered exoskeletons in an effort to construct power armor.

I am requesting that military engineers begin researching how to make powered armor, or, in techinical terms, a powered exoskeleton capable of drastically improving strength of the wearer, while also being able to protect the wearer from heavy weapons fire, fully waterproof with oxygen tanks and life support systems, anti-radiation measures, and a geiger counter.
