The United States should begin gathering up their resources, and begin automated construction of T-1000 poly-alloy terminators by the year 2020.
T-1000 terminators would solve many U.S defense and military problems. These liquid-metal robots of death could hunt down and kill terrorist leaders, without a single casualty. Eventually, the whole U.S army could realistically be replaced with almost unkillable robots.
We would not have to arm these robots, as the T-1000's can form sharp objects out of their own limbs. By 2040, every U.S citizen would feel 100% safe from all attacks, because the U.S could plant T-1000 undercover robots in every country around the world.
