The use of political labels overly simplifies the grouping of candidates and their respective platforms. This party labeling tends to force lawmakers and elected officials into actions based more on party affiliation than on the effective running of the countrys business. By removing the use of specific party designations, potential candidates would be encouraged to express and promote their own political platform, as well as promoting an enviroment that allows legislators to more easily join together on common issues. Hopefully, the removal of arbritary political party platforms and boundries will reduce gridlock and bring meaningful progress to the agility, flexibility, and effectiveness of our government. GO USA !!!
