Begin a DOJ investigation into Apple, Inc. regarding discrimination in emoji creation against those with red hair.

Created by R.J. on April 09, 2015

Apple, Inc. created a collection of new "emojis" with the recent update of their mobile operating system, iOS 8.3. This update created racially, ethnically, and sexually diverse emojis, featuring emojis of people with the hair colors black, brown, and blonde. There are also emojis of the flags of a large assortment of countries, as well as LGBT emojis. However, there is no emoji of people with red hair and traditionally Irish descent. As over 3 million Americans have red hair, we believe Apple, Inc. is discriminating against a large percent of American citizens. Considering those with red hair already experience large amounts of persecution, including bulling as children and myths of 'Extinction of Red-Heads,' we believe that Apple, Inc. is simply adding to this overwhelming discrimination
