This would ask the Dept of Justice to initiate a criminal investigation into Sec State Hillary Clinton's destruction of emails on her private server, failing to provide government emails to State Dept in keeping with the Records Act, and altering some of the emails that she did turn over to state. Also, acts of obstruction of justice in not providing emails under subpeona by Congress during their investigation.
