Due to the verdict outcomes of the Casey Anthony and George Zimmerman trials, the legal commentary that the State of Florida is overcharging defendants, and the recent firing of IT Director Ben Kruidbos over his refusal to suppress evidence I request that a Federal Investigation be started against Florida's State Attorney's Office over their handling of criminal cases.
