Every Spring the Midwest and East are devasted by uncontrolled flooding. Throught pipelines and enormous catchbasin reservoirs following the interstate highway system, droughts can be minimized and eliminated, and flooding can be ended once and for all.
AT the same time, the jobs situation would be ended and unemployment would cease by full mobilization over the 50 year period it would take...cost?$5 trillion over 50 yrs;
return? $25 trillion in revenue returned, an end to national debt , full employment.
China is creating this in China as we speak...they have the national will....we can have it too
