Begin funding and researching portals

As seen in the game portal and portal 2, the Obama Administration should begin researching the creation of hand held portal guns. I personally see this as a boost for the economy in the sense of: it will create jobs, inspire people to study science and engineering in college, and can be a plus in society. A portal gun can create safer gas stations (in the sense of not having a cavernous cave full explosives under the cars) and can even get rid of tankers, or other transportation trucks. With portal guns, society can operate better as a whole.
