I think it's time to begin the galactic empire phase of our species. The time is now. We need to get a good foothold in the intergalactic trade routes as quickly as possible. We will be able to trade resources as well as technology. Resources and technology that could be crucial to the survival of our home-world, Earth. This has the potential to create thousands of new careers and abolish all unemployment world-wide. This has to potential to end all poverty world-wide. This is the next giant leap for mankind.
