Enact HARP 3.0 immediately.
The government has bailed out many many banks in order to make an effort in saving our economy. However, the banks are not allowing these relaxed standards to be applicable to responsible Homeowners.
The banks are only thinking about their bottom line. and many many elligable homeowners are not benifiting from the Standards enacted in HARP 3.0
The citizens ask you to help out the public if the govenment really wishes that the economy will become strong. Currently citizens are paying about 200 - 300 Dollars per month extra in interest. If they were allowed to refi--- especially those with exceptional credit. and even as a Stated income loan, each momeowner would put back into the economy 2400 to 3600 Dollars per year . SL
