Begin impeachment proceedings against any of the members of Congress who refuse to vote on Scalia's replacement.

Created by T.L. on February 15, 2016

For the members of the House and Senate who refuse to hear of a replacement for Justice Antonin Scalia; those who refuse to uphold their Constitutional duties, and perform the job they were elected to do, impeachment hearings should be held.

Their refusal is a breach of contract with the American people. The Supreme Court, our nation's supreme ruling body of Constitutional interpretation, is an entity We The People depend upon.

Refusal to fully seat the bench due to partisan politics is an obstruction of justice, unacceptable, and should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Our representatives are held accountable to the citizens of this nation, and We The People demand our elected representatives perform their duties forth with.
