Begin the Impeachment process upon President Obama

Barrack H Obama, on numerous occasions, had time and again declared that he could not act on Amnesty on his own. He used the example that he was not a monarch nor a dictator, and had to follow the Constitution. Then, after the 2014 elections, he changed everything he had said prior and declared Executive Amnesty for millions of ILLEGAL aliens. By his actions, he is declaring himself the equivalent of a monarchy, or a dictator. By your own actions, you prove that you are no longer able to conduct your responsibilities as President of the United States of America, and We The People petition you to step down.
