It is a good time to start legislation on Bio Plastic's. Other Country's are starting, but we should be leading the way with this issue. Everywhere you look there is plastic's floating in our lakes , laying in our ditches , our landfills that never degrade. Everything from water bottles , cutlery, cell phones, etc. We have this technology and we are not pursuing it. Bio Plastics should be our next step in energy also , because it is not using petroleum based products. Please consider all the possibility's with this issue such as Fuel savings, environmental savings. Now is the time for us to start letting go of petroleum based products when we can , and I hope to see enough support for this to move forward.
