By allowing them to serve in the military for certain crimes like white collar crimes. Restoration of civil rights and allowing them to vote in federal elections once their time has been served. We make it extremely difficult for those who have been previously incarcerated to transition back into society. Even allowing them to work for certain goverment agencies would help us out as a society in the long run.
