Many citizens have had friends and/or family abusing drugs while receiving welfare checks to pay for their drug habits. We ask that the Obama Administration pass into law mandatory drug testing for everyone that is currently receiving financial assistance through the welfare program. Anyone that tests positive would be penalized with cessation of Welfare Benefits for 6 months for the first offense, 1 year for the second offense, and lifetime ban after the third offense.
