Begin talks with Kim Jong Un and North Korea, Park Geun-hye and South Korea, Xi Jinping and China, and the US to create a permanent peace treaty, denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula, withdrawal of US military from the peninsula, and significant reduction of the militaries of both Korea's. Using benchmarks for each of the goals of the negotiations, set an agreed upon timetable with all parties to proceed with actions that accomplish the desired goals. Provide incentives to both countries through the United Nations to encourage positive progress and establish increasing trust. Condition each benchmark on verification.
