begin peace talks with DPRK with the intension of starting the process of creating a Korean Peace Resolution.

In order to encourage the talks of a Permanent Resolution within the Korean Peninsula we will:
1. Begin corresponding with the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) in order to decrease the tension between DPRK,South Korea, and the USA.
a. These peace-talks will be overseen by a United Nations representitive in order to moniter the discussion and ensure all sides are heard.
b. The Peace-talks will occur in a neutral location so that all involved parties (S.Korea, DPRK,USA) will feel comfortable in taking part in these discussion.
2. If tensions further escalate the United Nations Security Council will meet to decide upon what further measures shall be taken.
This Petition is necessary in order to ensure the safety of citizens and encourage the start of a resolution.
