After the recent nuclear test performed by the North Korean government, it has become clear that there is a need for diplomatic solutions to prevent something akin to a second Cold War. Iran and North Korea have been conducting tests of nuclear weapons, despite sanctions placed on these countries by the international community. Therefore, it is obvious that it is in the best interest of the United States, and the rest of the globe, to begin real, legitimate, peaceful negotiations to avoid any rising of tensions. We, the people, urge Obama to show the world that the U.S. is still a world leader, and is fully willing and able to have real and peaceful diplomatic relations, and promote nuclear disarmament both here and abroad.
