Begin proceedings of impeachment against the President of the United States for failure to preserve the Constitution

Barack Hussein Obama. forty-fourth President of the United States, has failed to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States according to his Oath of Office. Barack Obama has further committed multiple acts of treason against the United States of America by allowing terrorists to be returned to their countries without judicial action. Additionally, Barack Obama has failed to protect the United States of America from enemies foreign or domestic by signing into law acts which allow foreign nationals to enter our borders and reap the benefits of hard-working Americans. Moreover, Barack Obama has directed and allowed, certain agencies, under his control, to target American citizens. Barack Hussein Obama should be impeached and brought to trial by a jury of his peers.
