Begin the process to amend the Constitution to add term limits to Congressional seats.

We believe the time has come to create what should have been in the Constitution from the beginning. Term limits for both Senators and House of Representative members should be established. No politician should be serving longer than a President. Therefore eight years would be the limit for both offices. Senators would be adjusted to a four year term and could serve no more than two total terms. Representatives should also serve no more than four total terms of two years. We understand that this would be an amendment to the constitution but it must start somewhere. We ask that the administration begin the process to make this happen.
