In his conduct of the office of President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama, in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, has unilaterally by-passed the United States Congress to fulfill his own wishes in many cases such as the Bergdahl terrorist exchange and immigration reform. All of this after the Supreme Court of the United States ruled that President Obama has overstepped his bounds in the use of executive orders in the NLRB v. Noel Canning case.
The only solution to put this nation back on track: Impeach The President.
