begin the process of incorporating drug testing for all members of Congress and Government officials.

This is long past due. Since the American people must submit to drug testing in order to work and now states are beginning drug testing for welfare recipients, which has proven in states like Florida to be a failed program of wasted tax money, it is time for elected officials in the Senate and The House as well as other government officials working in other fields of the federal government to submit to urine, blood, and hair follicle drug testing. As leaders of this supposed "free world" we should expect them to remain sober for as long as their term in office while making decisions that effect the whole country. These tests are to be LAB TESTED instead of using the cheap tests that can be bought at the local dollar store.
