The law on the books needs both an updated which is not to limit who can and can not be excused from violating the peoples right to deny a call from these callers who have been listed by the public, the excuses they use such as "this is a survey" or a "political call" and to now strongly prosecute those violators with strong fines and full disclosure to the public to send a clear message that if you violate the law, you will be prosecuted! Or, was this a "joke law" with no strength from the government or it's agencies to take action on? To date, very little has been done to violators!!!
