All military bases, especially bases on or near coastal/border cities should be required to begin preparedness drills. to prepare for rapid(within minutes) response to attacks on American soil. in the even any outside entity should attack an American city, the nearest military base, should beable to mobilize and defend within 30-minutes. and should be able to respond the the military needs of the nearest city, within 60-90 minutes
