Begin the Research and Development of a Cyborg Law Enforcement Agent to Protect the People of Detroit.

Created by N.C. on July 18, 2013

In the past 13 years, Detroit's population has decreased more than 26%, while unemployment has risen to 18%. Detroit is the largest city to declare bankruptcy, and holds the highest crime rate of any major US City. Something must be done to protect the innocent people of Detroit.

We request that The U.S. Government allocate the necessary funds required to begin the research and development of a cyborg law enforcement agent for the protection of the citizens of Detroit.

The successful creation and implementation of such a cyborg law enforcement agent would dramatically lower crime rates, stimulate the purchase of municipal bonds, and return a sense of security to the remaining inhabitants of Detroit.
