"Smart Gun Technology" can both please the 2nd Amendment citizens and those who want the government to ban and/or regulate gun laws. Smart guns would be if researched a radio chip with a personal code or frequency that would connect with a receiver that is on the trigger of any guns you own. If the chip is out of range, the gun with the receiver will not shoot.
