Let's throw out the "Illegal Search & Seizure" instead of the 2nd Amendment in the interest of national safety.
Please, please, IMMEDIATELY BEGIN SEARCHING HOMES WITHOUT LEGAL GUN PERMITS. Obviously many of these homes are illegal gun owners.
Let's go get those illegal gun owners. Surely all those law abiding citizens who choose not to own a legal gun would happily allow Law Enforcement to search their homes.
If you used the databases of Legal Gun Owners, you could easily focus on those without a gun permit. SEARCH EVERY HOME WITHOUT A LEGAL GUN PERMIT. Many of these homes probably have other illegal or unsavory items which the state should take for all of our safety: trans fats, soda, porn.
