this an attempt to move space technology forward immediately and any other technology that can be used in this endeavor to colonize outer space, beginning with selecting the first colony on a earth like planet, for the purpose of new land, trade, and economic growth and expansion of American interest to a point of complete Independence but not exclusion from world economic limitations, and a program to start selecting candidates for colonization or at least start the business of selecting anyone who eligible based of simulated training and of mental sound, and make sure the process is not limited just the privilege few.
