With an ever escalating defense budget we propose a 90% reduction in troop levels positioned in any and all foreign lands. To reach this goal a yearly withdrawal of 10% of all troops and equipment should commence on Jan. 1, 2013 and continue annually until there our only 10% of the current levels of our troops left in these countries.This will help to keep the defense budget from growing larger than it is. Details of the withdrawal should be worked out by our military leaders.
These troops can and should be used to patrol our own borders to keep illegals from entering our land.
