I'm making this petition to start a dialog with other World Leaders to help fund and man a Lunar base. One square mile large.
This would makes high paying Jobs for many nations and create deeper ties to those Nations.
It would advance Scientific fields from Robotics, computer science, agriculture, power generation and many almost every other field in some way.
The reason why i ask by 2100 is simple. We have the technical know how to get there and back and we could build something by 2031. The hard part is getting started and building the infrastructure here on Earth, and the scale of the work to be done.
