We the undersigned believe that it is time to ensure that people who are receiving welfare benefits or any other government benefits are not using those benefits to pay for illegal drugs.We believe that it is fiscally irresponsible to use any public monies to subsidize the use of illegal drugs and that taxpayers should not be in the business of funding the lifestyles of those who are addicted to drugs, thereby condoning illegal behavior.
