Insofar as every elected official signs an oath to protect and defend the Constitution on the United States of America and seeing that Marxism/Socialism is in direct conflict with that Constitution and in fact is an assault upon the Constitution, we petition that anyone voting for, signing into law or claiming it's Constitutionality of Obamacare be immediately brought up on charges of Treason.
