Being extorted by my bank. I am a full time student working poor.

I am full time student and I have a part time job. My bank Wells Fargo decides to charge me a 35$ fee three times because I used my ATM card with under 20 bucks on it. I got water and an energy drink. How is this even legal these fees it's down right criminal to extort money from the working poor. It's like saying the only people in this country that can have a damn bank account is rich people. They have money money and pass less. Why are banks preying on the poor and working class. I refuse to pay these fees and I will go to jail if i need to to prove it. These banks need to be regulated they are acting like gangsters. I am 100$ in the hole now waiting to get paid so i can pay my rent and buy my septa pass to get to school and work. I refuse to use banks in this country ever again. EVER
